*****FOR YER BLINKIE***** Well, the wind effect might be a bit hard. I could TRY and make a hurricane in the background because believe it or not that'll be easyer. I could probably make it rain, too. Then I'll make the letters go from red to white since you didn't say what color you want them to change to but said you wanted them to flash. Tell me if you like that idea or not! If you don't soon enough I'm just gonna make it lol ;)
